Gabrielle "Elley" McDaniel

Gabrielle “Elley” McDaniel is a law clerk currently assisting and preparing to practice in the areas of real estate, civil litigation, and corporate law. She is in her final year of law school at the University of Akron School of Law and is looking forward to beginning her practice after graduation and passing the Ohio Bar Exam in July of 2025.

Elley graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2023 from the University of Akron with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. In addition to her undergraduate studies, she competed on the track and field team as a pole vaulter. While in law school, Elley has been involved in the Student Bar Association, Business Law Society, and Sports Analytics and Business Association. She has also enjoyed serving the Akron community each year with Akron Law School’s annual community service day, “Akron Law Cares.”

While completing her studies Elley resides in Green, Ohio with her dog, Indie. After graduation, Elley looks forward to returning to her hometown of Gnadenhutten, Ohio. In her free time, Elley enjoys being on her family’s farm, attending local sporting events, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family. Elley attends Uhrichsville Christian Fellowship Church.
