Jacob Pallotta is an attorney with prior legal experience in the areas of pharmacy regulatory compliance, long-term care defense, and health care facility licensure. Jake now assists clients with various types of real estate, business, and estate planning matters.
Jake graduated from Dartmouth College in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Psychology. During his time at Dartmouth, Jake was a four-year varsity football player and recipient of the team’s 12th Man Award as a senior, which is given to the player who shows hard work and dedication without regard to playing time.
After college, Jake received his Juris Doctor from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law in 2023. While in law school, Jake served as the Business Editor for the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality. Additionally, Jake participated in the law school’s “Outreach for Legal Literacy” program, through which he visited local elementary schools to teach fifth graders about the U.S. Constitution, civic responsibility, and the role of law in our society.
After law school, Jake became bar-certified in the state of Indiana and worked in downtown Indianapolis for three years, where he helped clients navigate a wide variety of healthcare regulatory and compliance matters. Jake and his wife, Mary, recently decided to move back to Canton, Ohio, which is where both of their families reside. Jake and Mary attend St. Michael’s Catholic Church, where she now teaches the fifth and sixth grade. In his free time, Jake enjoys exercising, cooking, and talking about his favorite Cleveland sports teams.
